I got a divorce in 2005 and now my husband and I want to get back together.Can or do we need to have the divorce dissolved,and is there a waiting period for us to remarry.

The divorce is over and done and you can't undo it. Having said that, the divorce is no bar to your getting back together. There is no waiting period.
