i recently left my husband. he caused me to have my car repoed before i left since he decided to quit his job. so now, i have no car. he also caused me to get part of my check garnished due to something he agreed to take care of and didnt. hes now with a new girl and she is pregnent. My question is, What is legally mine? Hes got the truck I helped pay for. Shouldnt I get it? I dont think its right im left with nothing, bad credit, and lots of debt. What rights do I have, If any?
