Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Father in Prison, Mother wants support

My exhusband is in Taylor C.I. in Florida, and is currently working while inside. I have had the children full time for over 2 years and he has not paid anything to help me. He did have custody and a child support order on me before he went in, yet I have had the children for all this time. I am having no luck in finding the correct forms to fill out for Georgia. I don't know if I need custody forms, or what? Can I also get him to pay me while he is in there and earning money?? Thank you for your help.

There are no "forms". Apparently, you already have custody and now need an award of child support. This will have to be filed in the county of your ex's residence (i.e., the jail). Consult with a local attorney.
