My parents want to put their house in my name.

That being said if my wife was to leave me and ask for a divorce would she be entitled to their house?

Possibly. You need to see a lawyer.

First of all you need a lawyer for the deed, PT-61 and gift tax return.

Second, to protect the house, you and your wife should sign a lawyer prepared post-nuptial agreement where she disclaims interest in the home.
