Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Harassment from person I worked for

I was an Independent rep for a company. Person I worked with when we both lived in Florida, moved to Kingsland Ga. Called me and offered me a salary if I moved to Georgia, promised me a company car and that he would pay for gas for company car. I made the move, he never in 5 months paid me a salary. Was very abbusive mentally. Tried to take over my familys life. I no longer work for him and now he si making a bogus claim that I owe him over $11,000.00 He is sending e mails to my friends, bothering my wife at work, and makig threats on the phone that he is going to make me pay. He is mentally unstable. How do I stop such a person?

If real threats are being made, call the police or see a lawyer to sort it out. It is definitely not something for this board, as there will obviously be much, much more to the story and the other person likely has another version.
