Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
Car Accident
I was at fault and hit a guy on a motorcycle. He broke his leg and his motorcycle was damaged. The insurance offered him a settlement but declined saying he'd sue. Is he suing me or the insurance company? Can he sue me?

He sues you. Your insurance company must defend you, and will have to, if he wins, pay him (at least up to the policy limits).
