Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

my son who is physically handicapped has been employeed part time for five years with a company. In the last few months even though they schedule him for 4-6 hours a day on sat. and sun., when he goes into work they send him home due to lack of work after only working 2 hours. Most full time employees if they report to work they either work 4 hours or get paid for 4 hours. Can you help me?

There is nothing for a lawyer to help him with. Unless he has an employment contract an employer can send him home or fire him at will. If he does not like what the employer is doing his remedy is tio quit and seek new employment elsewhere.
