Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

My apartment lease ended on Sept 14 and I gave 60 day notice to leave on Aug 19. I moved out Sept 7. The apartment complex has made no attempt to re-rent the apartment. This may be based on the fact that they never fully repaired damages cause by a leak when I was in possession of the apartment. They tore apart the wall under the sink and never made an attempt to repair it while I lived there. Also they never came and extracted water from the carpet which the water leaked onto. Am I still obligated to pay up until the end of the 60 days?

You are obligated to pay what the lease says. We don't have a copy. You do. Does it say you have to pay? What does getting new tenants have to do with your lease ending? How do you know what they have done? Apartment managers are used to tenants coming up with repair issues when they want to move early or get out of paying.
