Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

Feb. 2012 I starting experiencing severe knee pain. Since that time I've had 4 knee surgeries with the last in Feb 2013 with a total knee replacement. I ended up losing my job and insurance and have not been back to the doctor since Aug 2013. I continued to have severe pain and complained to my doctor back in Aug, he responded that it could take up to 6 to 12 months to be healed. I don't feel I'm any better off than I was before my surgeries. What advise can you give me as what to do? This has ruined my life!

I'm sorry for your problems but you haven't asked a legal question. Doctors can't cure everything and heal everyone; if the could we'd all live forever in perfect health. But you've likely made things woirse by having a problem and not seeing the doctor in seven months - so either see your doctor or another doctor ASAP.
