Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

automobile accident

Actually I have a few questions.First it was me my fiance and our two children that where in the car. The other party that caused the accident was found to be at fault. Now my car is totaled and we also have medical bill's that are accruing. I have no clue what my legal right's are or if I should attain an attorney in Florida or Georgia or if I should even attain one. My fiance who just bought the car had no insurance so now we are at a stand still of what to do. Since he didnt have insurance are we supposed to pay for our own car and medical bill's or what. Never been in an accident and we have no clue of what to do. I have recieved back and neck injuries as so did my eight year old son and my fiance, my two year old recieved a big knot on the back of his head from the car seat, and now my other son refuses to get into a car and he has severe nightmares. We are just at a big loss on what our rights and responsibilities are so if any one can assist us it would be of great help Thank you

Re: automobile accident

These cases are complicated. The short answer is that you should consult with a local attorney to discuss all the facts and see who is reponsible.

Re: automobile accident

I would suggest you speak to an attorney in the state where the at fault driver lives if the accident occured in that state. Your message does not indicate where the wreck occurred. In the meantime ifyou have any medical insurance or any medical coverage on any ofyour household vehicles you may be able to use them so you and your family can get the treatment you need now. It is important not to delay treatment. If you need further information please email me.

Re: automobile accident

Do you have insurance? Does the at-fault driver have insurance? What state did the accident occur in? You should seek legal counsel immediately.

Feel free to call me to discuss.

Re: automobile accident

I assume the crash was in Georgia and if so you should retain a Georgia attorney. If Florida was the site, than hire a Florida attorney.

It appears that the other driver was at fault. If this is accurate you have a good case and should proceed to recover damages for your injury and the car damage.

We can be contacted any day at 888-892-7318 and if on a weekend or after hours just leave a voice mail message and I'll contact you as soon as we retrieve the message.
