Home Owners Association....

Difference beween a Home Owners Association and an Association that is Incorporated? If they sue an Association or a Association that is Incorporated who's assets are in danger????

Based only on your question, the difference is that obviously one is incorporated and one is presumably not. What assets may or may not be in danger if "they" (whoever that is) sue needs to be determined by looking at many other factors, including the claims in the lawsuit.

Generally, a well-organized HOA is incorporated as a non-profit to protect the assets of the association. Who is liable and what assets are vulnerable depend on many factors, including the basis for the lawsuit and how the association is run.
