matching 401k contributions
If your employer matches your 401K contributions and you are vested and you've been vested for 5 years of the 10 that you've been employed; if you leave your job at any time during the year-can your employer take back the portion that they contribute?

Your employer's plan document would cover this. Without access to that document, your question cannot be answered.
