Real Estate Contract in Georgia
I am an agent in Georgia. I have a contract that has some blanks in the legal description, a blank where it tell how many days the buyer will need to inquire about a mortgage and it states ''to be determined'' in the attorney's field.
Is this a voidable contract? The seller will not sign new contracts with the exact same info. with the addition of the missing info. Both brokers disagree with each whether new originals should be signed or not.

Probably not. As long as the major terms are there - price, property description, etc. - it will probably still be enforceable just without the missing info. However, you should have a local attorney review the whole contract to provide a more comprehensive answer.
