Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

hello, i missed my court date in smyrna, ga. last thursday. I originally bonded out with a bonds company. well the bond company called me today and let me know i had a warrant and to meet him at the court house to try and clear it up and see about getting more time to pay my fines. well after leaving work to meet him, i though wait, he might just be trying to get me down there so they can cuff me. so i called him back and told him i couldnt leave work. he said he would go in the court and see whats up. he called me back and said, he talked to someone and they said just to come befor court next thursday and ask for some more time to pay fines and this will clear it up and lift the warrant. but im not too sure if that is what they really want to do. so how do i go about this. should i just wait until i get enuff money to handle the warrant, or believe this bondsman

The bondsman is holding your bond. If you screw with him, he'll revoke it. Who is your co-signor? If your mother or grandmother and they put the house up, you are putting them in the street. Think before you act on this one. If there's a warrant for your arrest, the cops are going to catch up with you anyway.

You already made multiple mistakes. The more you jerk the bondsman around, the more likely it is he'll go off your bond and you'll go to jail. Get a good lawyer. You need one. And then turn yourself in. The longer you wait the worse it gets.
