Father leaves no will

My father passed away 4 years ago. I am now 21. Am/was I entitled to any assets or does my fathers wife, my step-mother, get all of his assets? My father left no will and has three children with my step-mother.

You, your stepmother and the other three kids are entitled to a portion of the estate. Consult with a local attorney.
