In Georgia what is 53-15-3 ???

My grandmother owns property that is to be split between 8 children in a will. The Executrix in the will has the property up for sale and list some code 53-15-3.Can a Executrix do this when a Will says the property be seperated????

OCGA Section 52-15-3 was repealed in 1991.
