Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Probate executor not executing according to the will

Probate court authorized a person to be the executor for a will of a family friend. One stipulation was the estate automobile was specifically designated to go to a particular person. The Executor immediately sold the car for profit without notification to the designated recipient and stated he was not aware the auto was pre-designated in the will. How can the car be recovered to the righful recipient and what legal action should occur to block further inappropriate execution of the will?
