Legal Question in Workers Comp in Georgia

Questions regarding workers compensation

I am a high school student researching about workers' compensation. I've searched everywhere to find the problems in enacting this law. Were there any problem when enacting this law? What are the currents issues,problems and risks with workers' compensation? Can someone give me a link that you know or answer my question.

You might try the State Board of Workers' Compensation website. You can go to my website, workers-compensation-atlanta.com, and click on "Helpful Links" to get there. Also, the book "Georgia Workers Compensation Law" by Richard Kissiah contains a detailed history of the Workers Compensation Act from the 1920s to the present. You could try calling Richard Kissiah at 770-667-0600 for information about how to get his book.
