How can I find out how courts are deciding matters of child custody in Oahu? Esp. relating to unfit mothers/parents?

First know that each case result will vary dependent upon the case facts. If you believe you can determine a general trend, then you can access your jurisdiction's hearing records through the county District Clerk's office. Your jurisdiction may be online. In any event, you would simply have to read the petition and order in every case. I am unaware of a company that tracks such outcomes. Good Luck TC
