Legal Question in Family Law in Hong Kong

Marriage in Hong Kong- recognized in US?
I am a US citizen who married a Hong Kong citizen 6 years ago, in Hong
Kong. I am separated from my husband and no longer have any way of
contacting him. I returned to the US 3 years ago. Is this marriage recognized
in the US? If so, what is the quickest and easiest way to get a divorce? There
are no children or property issues. I am engaged to be married again and
would like to go ahead with it if the previous marriage is not legal and a
divorce is unnecessary, but do not know if the marriage in Hong Kong is valid
here. Thanks for your time!

If valid in Hong Kong it is recognized in Florida. You must obtain a divorce. Good luck.
