Filing bankrupcy a second time
Can you file bankrupcy again? I did almost three years ago.

You can only file for chapter 7 bankruptcy once every seven years. But, you can file for relief under chapter 13. There is no time limits on filing. You are not allowed to file another Chapter 7 within 6 years of a prior bankruptcy. You can file a Chapter 13, which will require you to make payments on your bills at a sometime reduced amount.
