Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

forgot to include some creditors in bankruptcy

my discharge should be final very shortly, i decedied to check my credit report and found outstanding debts from another tate that i've forgotten about. how do i include these in my bankruptcy before im discharged or what do i do if the discharge has gone through to include these debts. thank you

Amend the schedules and if they are harassing you, then you can let them know that you filed bankruptcy and will be receiving a discharge. As long as these debts were incurred prior to filing, then they are dischargeable.
