There are firms that help you with incorporation at a very low cost, but it is very important to develop a relationship with an attorney and an accountant. There is much more to running a corporation than filling out the forms. Questions and problems will come up, and you will be glad you have someone to ask when they do.

Go to the Illinois Secretary of State site for forms and go to the Illinois COmpiled statutes to determine what else you may need and what the requirements are for incorporating and maintaining your corporate status,
