The concept that a person has an interest in their own likeness is making a strong entrance on the legal stage. It is fully protected for persons who make their living through their image such as film actors. Another theory is that one has a right to privacy which can be invaded only by giving "consent" to be photographed. Your first action should be to contact the owner of the images (photographs) and make a demand that "it" cease and desist from further publication. I use the word "it" because "it" is likely to be a corporation. Very warm and fuzzy.
