Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Hello, I am divorced and my decree states I am to pay a percentage of the cost for extracurricular activities for my children. In my attempts to do this the ex spouse refuses to provide me with the required bills or inform me of amounts due, as she states " I dont need to give her anything now." I feel this is not good as it's accumulating large to bills. I have also attempted to contact the buisness office's to inquire about bills for my children, by calling and sending certified letters to them requesting bill amounts to which they have still have not provided. As the ex-wife holds the bills and not inform me of amounts to create or demand large payments. What else can I do to prevent this, as I'm willing to pay them in a timely manner ? Based on my financials cirrcumstances , I need to pay them as they occur. Please help, I need advise.

If she is refusing to provide you with bills, you could try to estimate the cost and either send her a check or deposit the money into a bank account and hold the money aside. If you can not fiscally do that, you could, in theory, file a motion with the court asking the jduge to order her to turn over the bills or to declare you owe nothing as she has refused to turn over the bills.
