Child Porn Plea
My friend made the biggest mistake of his life. He is under investigation by the FBI for trading child porn online. He has about 50 images and 10 short videos on his computer. He will be going to federal court. He has never committed a crime in his life. He is 23 and happily married. While this is a shock, he is a really good person that would never hurt anyone. It happened fast and he contacted no one. Will he be able to plea bargain? What is he facing if he gets a good deal? He is a good person. I believe he has told me everything. thank you

Your boyfriend, as well as any defendant, is able to enter into a plea agreement. I cannot predict the sentencing range based on the facts provided.
