Good morning. This is serious enough to file a police report. The class mate should be suspended and the matter should then be taken to juvenile court in my opinion. Will be hapyy to discuss this matter further and in more detail.

This is an assault and battery situation. You can file a police report and ask the state to file criminal charges in juvenile court, you can press charges in civil court, and you can push the school to suspend the girl.

You should, however, keep in mind that your goal is to protect your daughter and you want to deal with this situation in a way that will minimize disruptions for your daughter at school.
