Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

about dui

this is my second dui. first one was 6 years ago .pls tell me how much will be around if i hire attorney. Im single mom work only weekends have to get permit to drive work at least.

You should call and make appointment to talk to lawyers about your case. Fee vary depending on the lawyer, the facts, and the result you are trying to achieve.

It is very difficult for an attorney to quote you a fee without knowing all of the facts and other information concering the case. Obviously, it would cost more to go to trial than it would to negotiate a plea bargain. The fact that this is yor second time around, and the fact that you will be looking for some legal way to drive to work, add to the potential costs. Although each individual attorney is generally free to set his or her own fee, I would estimate that you are looking at anywhere from $2500 to $5000 or more in attorney's fees if you hire a competent attorney with experience. Also, attorneys in different locations (such as Cook County for instance) may charge more than attorneys in more rural jurisdictions. Good luck.
