Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

i was arrested and convicted of a dui in illinois in 1983.

i had a drivers license in missouri for 15 years without incident.

because of a law in 2005, my driving records from illinois, won't allow me to get a license renewal in missouri.

please help me

I think that you might have to have a MO lawyer look at this one! Failing that, in what county is the IL DUI conviction??
