Statutory Summary Suspension Problems

Hi, my friend got a DUI last night. We are looking to petition to rescind his Summary Suspension. On the notice from the deputy, it does not give a time that the test was given, only a date, and the DUI Traffic Citation for 11-501A1 was AFTER the 11-501A2 citation. He submitted to tested, and blew a .099. What do you recommend we do? Thanks.

Your friend should speak diectly to a lawyer about his case and the petition to rescind.

You should realize that in DUI litigation there are TWO cases that track each other--the criminal case, and the civil case. This is why DUI litigation is such a pain in the, well, you know. In any event, you have a clock ticking; you should RUN not walk to your favorite lawyer to get professional help.
