Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have many agreed judgments with father of 2 daughters. He is currently $15000 behind in support, has yet another court date monday to have his lawyer talk him out of paying. He use to make $50000 at this job, now since he has told me(but not recorded) he doesn't want to pay, he wants a life. This year his tax return was $6000 yeah 6..he paid $4000 in support and just in the court system has made more that what his tax return shows. Ok, so he has no license, has 3 dui's, no car, no house, just got an apartment with a girlfriend who works next door to the restraurant he "manages" I will be back in chicago where this is all in court, to fight my end. state represents the kids and i now, interstate. He has a ride to and from work, he goes out of his way to get paid under the table, what can I do. Judge had a purge on him, in 4 days ge got a lawyer and was ordered to pay$5000 but ONLY paid $500. Isn't there a vlounteered unemployment, I'll going to file this pro se so i really need all the help you offer. seriousally, i have every agreed judgement, i have the 4 aces, but i get nothing but games. I want justice. I look in my kids eyes everyday, not once bad mouthed their dad. I know karma wil come, butplease help me push the karma gods . All my love....amber

You do not have 4 aces. you have what is probably an unenforceable judgment. If he has no assets your judgments are worthless. Until a judge forces him to come up with $$$, you are getting nowhere fast. If he can afford an atty, he can afford to pay you.
