allimony

I was married 24 years. I get no Allimony and my X is working , And engaged a huge Diamond living a great life..HELP

You don't say how long you've been divorced but it really doesn't matter. Once divorced, you have no claim to the assets of a former spouse. Unless you can prove that your ex hide or refused to disclose assets at the time of your divorce, then you have no cause of action. I also suspect that at the time of the divorce you waived your right to alimony. If not and the issue of alimony or separate maintenance was reserved then you may want to contact your divorce attorney and try and see if you can get separate maintenance now. However, I doubt very much that you are entitled to anything at this point.
