At this time our children are on Christmas visitation with him and he has stated that he won't return them to me and I have sole custody of them, what can I do to get them back to me a.s.a.p.???

Hire an attorney asap in the city where your ex-husband lives. You can't allow this to go any length of time since the jurisdiction will change. Please call for a free consultation.
