Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband, an attorney, refused to participate in our ongoing IL divorce. I have a default divorce judgment agianst him. Instead, he filed for an annullment in NEvada and claims homestead. He secreted all our marital assets. How do I recover on this judgment in Nevada? How can I discover his assets?

That should have been dealt with in your IL divorce. Or you should appear and deal with it in the pending Nevada case. If you have judgment on which you can recover you can register that judgment in Nevada.
