My husband will not tell me or show me our financial status. Do I have a right to know this?

Of course you do. The question is, "how do you get access?" My suggestion is that whenever possible you check for credit statements, bank account records, tax records, mortgages, etc., and make copies when you can or at least record the name of the bank and the account numbers, etc. If you later file for divorce, you will need this info. Any debts which your husband incurs are also your debts and you have liability for them.
