Noncustoidial parent threatens custoidial parent
Can a noncustoidial father sue a mother who has full custody of a minor child for custody just because she takes him to court for an increase in child support payments? The non custoidial parent has not been asked for an increase in 9 years.

This is a threat to scare you from seeking an increase in child support. He cannot seek change in custody just because he doesn't want to pay more for support. Please call for further discussion.
