paternity test.

father signed paf. now deny because of color. can i legally force him 2 take test? what bout paternity suit? does paf stop all chances of proving paternity?

Re: paternity test.

I am going to assume that "paf" refers to a Voluntary Acknowledgment of Paternity form. Yes you can force anyone you believe to be the father to take a paternity test. But it is very difficult for him to get out of paying support anyway, since he signed it.
