Prepayment of child support

I need the case law/s from circ.court cook county ill.that pretain to and allow the prepayment of child support to an Ex-wife. In 1995 I paid to my ex 35k she signed a receipt that spelled out that the money was for all future child support,med.ins payments and misc.items that may be needed.The dollar fig. was based on the amount that I offered to pay when I filed in 1991.The divorce was final in 1994. My lawyer at the time said I could do this and gave me the format for the receipt.He isunder investigation for Fraud in my divorce so I can't go to him for help.

She now lives in Wisc. I in Ga.She is trying to obtain more money at this time. I send to my daughters money as ex and husb.don't do anything for the kids.
