I am a woman I have proof of maybe extra marital affairs by my husband one is from a year ago and one is recent a baby might be involve during our marriage. We have a daughter together. Me and my daughter is living in the streets I left the home we own. He is financialy responisble for the home but it is both of our home. I work but he makes the most money. we have assets that I left behind that we both got. I'm diabetic I'm on his insurance now but he might take me off. I was battered but never press charges but went to my doctor and he knew and others. recently we had a dispute and in slf defense he got hurt. Will that hurt me in court? heis also a acholic so i want supervise visitation. What is my rights

husband got hurt, if your

husband has not filed a

criminal complaint against

you, you probably do not have

to worry and this should not

affect your divorce case. It

is important that you seek

help from a local agency that

can assist you with legal

services on a regular basis.

Your husband needs to be paying child support and the court might award you maintenance.
