real estate ownership

before marriage I owned a home in my name only. After marriage I purchased another home with proceeds of 1st home no mortgage. Does wife have lien on property?

Hello. My answer is no. Your wife does not

have any ownership in the second house because

you purchased it with non-marital money. When

you sold your house that you had before you

got married, the proceeds of that sale were non-

marital. Will be happy to discuss this with you
