Is our Separation Legal

My husband and I drew up a separation agreement between us. We signed it and the package notorized. Will this hold weight with the court if either of us breaks one of the agreements?

Hello. It is great that you put together an agreement, but for it to

be binding one of you needs to file

a Petition For Legal Separation. It

is in your best interest to get this

in Court to protect your interest and

your credit in case your spouse does

not follow through with the agreement.
