Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My son needs pro bono help. He and his ex girlfriend split up because she found someone else again. My son has picked her up so she can spend some time together with their son. She lives with her new boyfriend and does not have a car and does not work. My son agreed that she could get him overnight and now she refuses to return him. He has lived my son and us since he was born. We provide for all his needs and wants. My son is not currently working because of his diabetes.
