Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Submitting Documents for judges review

My ex-wife filed for divorce in 1989 after a seventy-percent ambutation of my dominant hand. I met all the terms the judge told me to follow. In 1995 she sold owr home under a fraudulent Quit Claim Deed. I was told to get a lawyer. ''Now you have to file for divorce.'' Then came credit card fraud. they told me I was divorced in 1990 now they say 1999. She is drawing my S.S. and one third of my pension. Maintaince of $600 per month. I was terminated from employment over nine months ago. Now I am $6000 in the rears with maintaince. I recieved notice that I must appear to show cause. It appears that I was entered into a fraud scheme that has no end.

Let me address the imminent issue, the "show cause" stuff is serious. What it means is that you haven't been following a court order and you need to come in and say why not. You're subject to being put in jail for not following court orders. As for a lot of the other issues you raise, I'd like to hear more but it's hard to comment without more of your documents in front of me.
