Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
I currently live in a condo and I have a unit that has a bed room that seems to be next to the living room of another unit. My head of my bed is situated next to the wall and I can hear his tv on at odd hours in the morning. Is there a law that requires him to have his tv on at certain volumes at certain hours of the day? Thank you.
