Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I have had some people mad at me and they turned to DCFS (a second time) both cases are unfounded. I am growing weary of this childish game. They said the reporters mentioned us having a party and my 8yr old drinking a beer while running around comletely naked. Which is all un true. The only thing we did is Myself, my husband and our two children played our Nintendo Wii until about 1am. The case worker asked who else was at my home but there wasn't anyone. I was also mentioned as a drug user.. I haven't ever tried illegal drugs in my life and I do not associate with anyone who does. I am not worried about defending myself since the case was yet again unfounded. I just need to make these people stop calling. I am going to college I am a full time student and it's hard enough when I have a husband and two children to care for. I would be grateful for any advice you may have.

If in fact there have been administrative determinations and findings that the allegations were unfounded, you may have a case for malicious prosecution. Whether you can get a judge to enter a permanent retraining order is debatable. Or you can move. By your zip you are in the Centralia area. You should seek out a lawyer for "pro bono" services if you can't afford an attorney; you area bar association should be able to direct you to an attorney or legal clinic where you might find help.

In addition to the previous advice, you may also contact DCFS- there are criminal charges that may be connected to contacting DCFS and knowingly filing untrue charges.
