i came to us with a student visa but i am now out of status but my visa is still valid. i am about getting married with someone with perment residensy and will be applying for her citizenship soon. can i go head?

You can get legally married anytime. Your wife can also sponsor you through the filing of an immigrant petition. However, you cannot file for adjustment of status until your wife becomes a U.S. citizen since you have violated your nonimmigrant visa status.
