Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I have been employed at the same place for over 26 years, I recently discovered they have only been paying me vacation based on 15 years of service instead of 20 for the past six years. Am I entitled to the unpaid vacation time?

Accrued vacation time is treated as wages in Illinois. Yes, you are entitled to be compensated for the correct amount of vacation time but you can only go backwards two years unless you prove your employer did this willingly and deliberately.
