Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

The VP, Business Leader of a multi-billion dollar corp yells loudly as a rule. But he recently grabbed me firmly and twisted my arm up while yelling in front of several employees. His explanation afterward was that he wanted to make his point before I walked away from him. He held on tightly to my arm in front of numerous people for over 1 minute. Hr had a conversation with him, nothing has changed. Do I consult with an attorney? He was not provoked.
