Under new laws passed last summer, in most cases you are entitled to at least 90 days notice from the lender after the foreclosure prior to having to vacate and in some cases, you may be able to stay through the remaining term of your lease. You are required to continue making the rent payments and to otherwise comply with the other terms and provisions of your lease agreement.
