Your submission is a bit unclear. I have no idea what you mean that your attoreny missed a hospital bill in "sending" of settlement amount. I also do not know what you mean by hospital amount was left out of amount due. Are you saying that the attorney failed to include the hospital bill in the settlement demand, or are you saying that the attorney failed to pay the hospital bill out of the settlement proceeds and gave you a check that includes an amount that should have been subrtracted from your share and paid to the hospital? Please repost with a clearer explanation and a question. Thank you.
